Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are fully protected by EU consumer law.
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery, providing:
•Your order number
•A description of the issue
•Clear photos of the damage or defect
We will offer a replacement or refund, including shipping costs where applicable.
Lost or Transit Damage
If your print is damaged during shipping, please notify us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue with the carrier.
Cancellation & Change of Mind
Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded due to a change of mind.
All fine art prints sold through this shop are made to order. Each print is produced specifically for you after your order is placed.
This means the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to made-to-order fine art prints.
