These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website www.salgadofineart.com, including any content, features, and services offered through the Service.

Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to provide certain information relevant to your Purchase, including payment, billing, and shipping details.

2.The information you supply is accurate, complete, and current.
Payment must be completed in full before production begins. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to share necessary details with third-party service providers solely for the purpose of completing your Purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases such as product availability issues, pricing errors, errors in your order, or suspected fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal transactions.

Made-to-Order Products
All artworks and fine art prints sold through the Service are made to order and produced specifically after an order is placed.
Because each item is created individually, slight variations may occur compared to digital previews displayed on the website, including differences in color, brightness, or texture due to screen settings and print materials.
EU Consumer Rights
In accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU (EU Consumer Rights Directive), the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
As all artworks and prints sold through this Service are made to order, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once production has begun, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Your statutory rights under EU consumer protection law remain unaffected.

When creating an account, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be added to orders placed within the Czech Republic. For orders placed from other European countries, any applicable sales or use tax is the responsibility of the customer, where required by law.
